Located just outside Nashville, TN in Ashland City at No. 9 Farms, Dwelling at N0. 9 is a fully restored 1949 post-war Spartan Royal Mansion trailer and pavilion completed in 2017. The trailer has heat and air conditioning, full size bed, bathroom, kitchen, galley and living room. It comes with amenities such as toaster oven, coffee maker, and heating plate. Outside on our 50-foot deck you will find an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and plenty of workspace. You will also find an outdoor "stargazing" deck to enjoy the night sky. Then just outside the back trailer door we have a custom designed bathhouse with a vintage clawfoot tub and two overhead rain shower heads good for all year around. Aside from the many amazing things to do and see and eat in Nashville, you can hike through our woods, visit the farm, take a bottle of wine and book down to the rocks on Marrowbone Creek, or just relax at the trailer. Designed by Brian & Stephanie Oaks, owners of No. 9, their goal is for you to leave with a different sense of being than when you came. A sense that will leave you relaxed, inspired and ready to come back.

Living Space

Vintage 40's Living times 33 feet

Inside our Spartan affectionately named "Blueberry" you will find plenty of space to relax and rest your head. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, toaster over, 2-burner hot plate, hot water pot, blender, and mini Cuisinart. There is also a small library and boardgames for passing the time. There is also a toilet and sink in a full polished stainless steel bathroom.

Covered Porch

Living space rain or shine

Our huge 50 foot deck boasts an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, custom Walnut Creek Woodworks cutting board from Nashville, TN. and stainless steel worktable. There is also a dining table and uncovered area with benches for warming your face in the sun.

Bath House

Just outside the back door of the Spartan is a custom raw steel bath house with a vintage 20's American Standard claw-foot tub and his & hers rain shower heads. Perfect privacy at any time of the year.

Stargazing Deck and Firepit

The stars shine bright as well as the firelight

What better way to see the stars outside of the city, than from the stargazing deck sitting in two Adirondack chairs. Just on the other side of the deck is a large fire pit to cook breakfast over or have a latenight sweet.
